Join me on a week of daily yoga, meditation and breath work all the while cleansing your whole system. We will be fasting after “Buchinger & Lützner” and send our bodies into a mental and physical reboot.

We have selected two beautiful location in Austria that will support us on releasing all this stress and toxins that this past year has given us.The retreat will be held in German but I of course everyone is welcome and I can accommodate for english, french or spanish speakers.
